Right of withdrawal (EU)
You have the right to withdraw from this order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply send us an email at tim@melysium.shop with your order number.
The buyer bears the cost of the return shipment.

Our satisfaction guarantee
We stand behind our products. If you are genuinely dissatisfied with a product – because of its effect, tolerability, or simply because it doesn't suit you – you get your money back. Even if the product has already been opened or partially used.
Write to us at tim@melysium.shop with your order number and a brief note on what didn't work for you. We'll find a solution.
What "fair" means to us:
The guarantee applies once per customer and product variant – for one opened item. If you ordered multiple units of the same product, all further unopened units must be returned before we issue a refund for them. Whether a return is required for opened products is decided by us on a case-by-case basis.
How refunds work with us
We process refunds manually – directly to your original payment method. For statutory withdrawals, we refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Your bank's usual processing times apply on top of this.
Original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Important: Please always contact us first at tim@melysium.shop before initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider. We can resolve it directly and more quickly.
Damage or defects
Received broken, incorrectly packaged, or damaged? Contact us immediately at tim@melysium.shop with your order number and a photo. We'll take care of it.
Exceptions
Vouchers/gift cards are excluded from refunds. For special promotions, the guarantee applies only if not expressly stated otherwise for the specific offer.
